Some items will not be available for immediate shipment, it may not be in stock. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us. Otherwise, orders will take around two weeks, it is possible it could be longer if the item is on backorder. Orders for in stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. If you order is placed before 12 noon, EST, we will try to process it the same day. After 12 noon, it will be processed the next day. Most non-personalized orders are shipped out in 1-3 days.

Standard U.S. Shipping:
All U.S. orders will be sent via the shipping option you choose during checkout. All packages include insurance and a tracking number. Expect your package within two weeks. If you must have your products by a certain date, then you should consider requesting special handling, which can be added at an additional cost.

Please note that we do not show inventory on the website, some items may not be in stock. Some orders will take around two weeks, it is possible it could be longer depending on the item ordered. If the items ordered are in stock, expect your package between 2-5 days. Shipping charges will vary depending on the quantity and weight of your order. We ship Monday - Friday, within 1-2 days, depending on how many orders we need to process. Expedited orders will be processed first. We do not ship on weekend.

We offer USPS, UPS and Fedex shipping. We use the United States Postal Service to ship packages to APO, FPO and International addresses. We reserve the right to choose which carrier to ship with.

International Shipping:
Please note that Baby Chubby is not responsible in any way for the payment of your countries customs and duties fee. Additional charges, such as customs duties and taxes, are separate from this transaction, not calculated during checkout, and not collected by The Baby Chubby Company. That is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs that we charge. We are not in a position to assist with or give advice on these additional charges. Please consult your local customs office/broker for more details.

Some items are not available for international shipping and we marked them with "CUS" as item's ID (e.g CUS50263). Personalized items are not available for international shipping at this time. All fees charged by Baby Chubby are in US dollars. International customers will receive one shipment per order and there will be no backorders. Items that are available in stock will be put on hold and wait for the backorders to come in. However, if the International customer would like for items to be put on backorder and pay for them to be shipped (2 shipments), then we will gladly do so.
