Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days or could be sooner.
Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Q: What do you charge for shipping an order?
A: Shipping charges may vary depending upon the order total, shipping class and ship to location. Shipping options are available during check out. We offer USPS, UPS Ground and FedEx. However sometimes due to some unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to choose which carrier to ship with.
If the shipping cost is greater than what you have chosen, we may request for an additional charges. If it is smaller, we will refund the extra credit back to you.

Q: Where do you ship my package from?
A: As we offer a wide range of baby products, we ship from different locations. It also depends on the availability of the product. Should any product(s) out-of-stock, we might be shipping from different location to fulfill your order. All of our products are shipped from the United States.

Q: I just placed an order online, when will I get my order?
A: The delivery time may vary depending on the shipping options that you have chosen.
All expedited orders placed after 1pm PST, please allow 1 additional business day for delivery.

Q: Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?
A: Some items may not available for international shipping. Please refer to the specific product page for more information on shipping region.
Also please note that BabyChubby is not responsible in any way for the payment of your countries customs and duties fee. Additional charges, such as customs duties and taxes, are separate from this transaction, not calculated during checkout. That is your responsibility and is not included in the shipping costs that we charge. We are not in a position to assist with or give advice on these additional charges. Please consult your local customs office/broker for more details.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once an order has shipped out, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the UPS, FedEx or USPS website, depending on who shipped your package.
You can also track your order in your BabyChubby.com order history. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your order history. The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.

Q: Will I have to sign for my package?
A: Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.

Q: What are the shipping charges for returning an order?
A: There are no return shipping charges for orders originally shipped to a destination within the United States, U.S. Territories, or to Military APO/FPO addresses. Please note UPS return shipments must also be shipped from the United States.
