We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchases. But we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. So, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following easy return policy:

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized items (unless there is error on our part)
  • Personal care items

Please contact our Customer Care department within 30 days of receipt of shipment to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). This RAN will expire in 30 days of issuance. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Step 1
Enter the RAN in the appropriate space provided on the return label which is part of the packing slip you received with your shipment.

Step 2
Affix the Return Label to the original shipping box. Make sure items are in their original packaging, and are appropriately secured within the shipping box. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in resalable condition.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. No credit is given for lost packages and nonreturnable items returned to us will not be shipped back to the sender nor credited to their account. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost return packages.

Step 3
After we receive your package and inspect the items, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued
within 7 days. Please allow adequate time for your banking institution to process the credit.

All items returned to us must be in resellable condition! What does resellable condition mean?

Items s returned to us must be:

  • Clean
  • Unwashed
  • Unscented (no cigarette smoke, air freshener, perfume or other odors)
  • Undamaged
  • Dry
  • No pet hair
  • No shipping damage
  • Carefully packaged. Please no "balled up and crammed in the smallest paper envelope you could find".

Please ship your items to ensure that they arrive safely. We are not responsible for items shipped to us that are lost, damaged or undelivered.

Damaged Items through Shipping
If there is any damage in shipping, we cannot give you a refund, and you will have to put in a claim with your shipper. UPS is usually very fast about paying on their claims. You must pay your own shipping charges when sending back an item.

To protect yourself, please inspect your items when you receive them and should you find an error, defect, or other problems, please notify us immediately so we can correct it!

Shipping costs are not refundable. If a refund is given, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Payment for an order constitutes implied agreement with and adherence to these terms, and the terms below.

We reserve the right to refuse any order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time, for any reason by issuing a refund. Changes made by you after an order is placed will be accommodated if possible, but cannot be guaranteed. Any difference in price must be paid in advance.

Any liability is limited to a refund of your purchase price and is at the sole discretion of BabyChubby.com.

By ordering from BabyChubby.com, you agree to binding arbitration if a dispute that cannot be resolved mutually.
