A: After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the bottom of every page of our site. You will be able to view information about your order there.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Please contact our Customer Service Department immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
