Q: What should I do if I want to return my purchase?
A: We value customer satisfaction very highly and always strive to establish long-term relationships. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can always return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for authorization on a return.
We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging and place it in a shipping box.
Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
A: It may take 5-7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse depends on your location. Once it is received and inspected by our warehouse staff, we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable. Refunds can also take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card.

A: No. At this time we do not accept Cashier's Checks or Money Orders.
Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?
A: We are required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New Jersey (7%). If you are shipping to this state, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

A: PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout.
